We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Oakland and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained, insured professionals.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings require a deposit or full payment in advance depending on service type. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in boxes, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Eastbaybs Cleaning for transactional and/or marketing purposes in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC regulations, and CTIA guidelines. 5. Limitation of Liability

We are fully insured, but are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before service.
